Why do I need to verify my account?
At 4Poker, we are committed to compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and licensing regulations to ensure a safe and secure gaming environment for our players. Verifying your account is a necessary step in this process. Before you can complete your first withdrawal, we will need certain details from you to confirm your identity and the source of the funds in your account. This helps us protect your funds and ensure that we are paying out winnings to the correct person.
We recommend that you provide us with the necessary information as soon as you sign up to avoid delays in processing your withdrawals. In some cases, you may be contacted for additional information about the source of your funds. You can learn more about this by reading our article on Source of Wealth.
It's important to note that we take this step to prevent illegal activities such as someone using your credit card on their gaming account without your permission or knowledge, and then transferring the funds to their own bank account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that it's all for the safety and security of your account.

- requested information was missing or the document was not relevant for the verification.
- it was blurry, unclear or unreadable.
- the details on the document didn’t match with your account details.
- it was expired or older than specified – for example, the proof of address was older than 90 days.
- the signature was missing – at the back of the credit card or on any other document that needs to be signed.
