What happens if I forget my password or want to reset it?

You can reset your password following a few simple steps:

1. Open the 4Poker Game Client and click 'Login' on the top right.
2. Click 'Forgot password?'.
3. Type in your username and email address.
4. Click 'Send verification code'.
5. Grab the verification code from your email inbox. If you copy and paste, check for any extra spaces that might paste over. If copy and paste aren't working, try typing it fresh.
6. Enter the code on the next screen.
7. Update your password.
   • Please note, passwords must:
     • contain one special character (!?*&^%$#@),
     • one number (123456789),
     • and at least one letter must be capitalized.
8. Once you have updated your password, you can use it to login.

What if I haven’t received my verification code?

Verification codes may take a few minutes to arrive. If you still haven’t received it, please double check whether your email address has been entered correctly. If it is correct, please check your spam email folder. If the email address was entered incorrectly, please amend it and click “Send verification code” again and follow the above instructions from step 4.

What if my code has expired?

If you receive an error message saying your code is expired, please click “Send new code” and follow the above instructions from step 4.

What if I entered a wrong verification code?

If you entered a wrong code, simply type it in again and click “Continue” or click “Send new code” and follow the above instructions from step 4.
