Are your username and password (login credentials) correct?
- Try typing your login credentials rather than a copy and paste.
- Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your login credentials.
Have you forgotten your password?

Does your PC meet the minimum requirements?
To use 4Poker on your computer, the following is required;
- Mac OS 10.13 (Mac OS 10.14 recommended) with 250MB of free space
- Recommended screen resolution: 1920x1080
- 200 MB of free disk space for download and installation
- 4 GB of RAM (higher for better performance)
- GPU with up-to-date drivers is recommended
Are you using a VPN?
The use of a VPN connection or Proxy server is monitored. We reserve the right to request You to supply Us with information and/or documentation in connection with Your VPN/ Proxy server usage and We retain the right to block the User Account and funds held thereon, based on the Company’s assessment of the activity in question (Terms and Conditions, Your Obligations, Section 2.18).
Please check your account email to determine if we've contacted you about the use of a VPN as your account may be restricted pending these details.
Is the Game Client blocked by your firewall?
To ensure that your Firewall is correctly configured and allows the connection between Game Client and our server, please follow the steps below:
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar, then click Firewall (you may need to scroll down).

Click the Add button
under the list of services, then select 4Poker to add it.

After 4Poker is added, click its up and down arrows
and choose whether to allow connections through the firewall.
Is your Game Client up to date?
When a new update is available, you’ll be prompted to install it when you open your Game Client. If you have stable internet connection and encounter issues with updates and our poker client is not installing updates, please re-install our software. If the update file does not open when clicking it, please try with another web browser. To uninstall and re-install Game Client, please follow the steps below:
- Open Launchpad, click it in the Dock or open it from your Applications folder. Or pinch closed with your thumb and three fingers on your trackpad.
- If you don't see the app in Launchpad, type its name in the search field at the top of Launchpad. If you have more than one page of apps, you can switch pages by clicking the dots at the bottom of the screen, or by swiping right or left with two fingers on your trackpad.
- Press and hold the Option key, or click and hold any app until the apps jiggle.
- Click the Delete button
next to the app that you want to delete, then click Delete to confirm. The app is deleted immediately.
If you can't delete an app from Launchpad: The Delete button appears only for apps that you downloaded from the App Store. Delete other apps using the Finder instead.
- After the poker client is uninstalled, you’ll need to reboot your computer.
- Lastly, let’s reinstall the 4Poker client from the website.
After the download process is over, open the installer and follow the steps to install the Game Client.
Need more help?
To help resolve technical issues, we will need the log files from the Game Client. After reviewing them, we can determine whether there are any error messages or other factors that might cause the issue.
To access the log files, follow these simple steps:
- Access the Game client and click the 3 dots at the bottom right.
- Click 'Show Logs':
- A file containing all the log files will be created with the name “Logs”.
Now you can contact us and add the Logs file as an attachment.
