To update the email on your account, please complete the following steps:
- Create a email ticket to us on this link 'Submit a Request'
- Give your current account email
- Select 'My Account' > 'Update Personal Details'
- Subject Line: Update my registered email
- In the Description provide;
- Old email address
- New email address
- Reason for change; Provide details.
- Attach your proof of identify (e.g. ID, passport or driving license) to confirm the change of email address is coming from the account holder.
- Click 'Submit' to send your request.
Most emails will be answered within 24 hours. If you need anything else, feel free to open a messaging conversation with our Bot Chip on the bottom right.
