How do I change the name on my account?

To change the name on your account, first or last, you'll need to Submit a Request to us with the appropriate documents.

📋 What you’ll need:

• Updated personal identity document and selfie holding the ID (applicable if there is an error in the name or you've already updated the document to your new details)
• Marriage certificate (applicable for change of surname)
• Deed poll (or relevant government documentation) for a change of first or last name

Submitting the Request

1. Open the link to Submit a request
2. Select the Category 'My Account' > 'Update Personal Details'
3. Subject: Change the Name on my account.
4. Description - Please include the following;
   • Old Name
   • New Name required
   • Is it a spelling error or complete name change?
   • Username
5. Add attachment(s) for the relevant documents mentioned above.
6. Click the 'Submit' button to submit your request.
