I want to close my account

At 4Poker, we understand there may be many reasons you want to close your account. When you want to close your account as you feel gambling is negatively affecting you, we’d suggest self-excluding, you can find out more information on this in our article on Self-Exclusion.

Of course, you may simply want to close your account as you are no longer interested in playing on 4Poker. In cases such as this, you can reach out to us via ‘Submit a Request’ or by sending us a message on the bottom right. Just explain your issue to our bot Chip and he’ll get you through to the right team.

Submitting a Request

1. Open the link to Submit a request – 4Poker Help Center
2. Select the Category ‘My Account’ > ‘Close My Account’
3. Subject: I no longer want to play with 4Poker: Close my account
4. Description: Please include the following
   1. Reason for account closure? We’d like to make 4Poker a place for players, so if there’s any feedback you’d like to pass on that might make you stay we’re happy to be of help.
   2. Username
   3. Withdrawal method (if any funds are remaining, please note, the funds will return via Close the loop method where this applies.)
   4. Are you registered for any tournaments? (to close your account, we will need to unregister you)
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button on the bottom left.

We action most requests within 24 hours. If you need anything else, you can message us by clicking the message bubble on the bottom right.
