We never want you to stress about your funds at 4Poker. Most errors are down to human error or a disconnection from the banking system.
If you see one charge as pending and one as charged, this could be an authorization hold placed by your bank. An authorization hold is a temporary hold placed on a portion of the funds or available credit in a cardholder's account. This is usually done because the final total of a transaction is unknown at the time authorization is requested, such as at hotels or gas pumps.
To confirm if you've been charged twice:
- Check your 'Transaction History' on your 4Poker account. Have you received two deposits or two withdrawals instead of one?
- To check your transaction history:
- Login to your 4Poker Account
- Click 'Cashier'
- Select the 'Transaction History' tab from the tabs
- Review your recent transactions to check for discrepancies
- To check your transaction history:
- If you have been charged twice on your bank statement but have not received two deposits on your 4Poker account. Please refer to I did not receive my deposit
- If you have a record of two withdrawals on your 4Poker transactions (both should show as completed) but have not received the funds to your payment method.
- Please check any other registered deposit methods on your account. Funds will be returned to the card they were credited from in some instances; this is called Closing the Loop. You can then select a method for any additional funds you may have one.
- If you have confirmed you have not received the funds, please refer to I did not receive my withdrawal.
