To protect against fraudulent transactions and unauthorized use, we may temporarily block the card. This helps provide an extra layer of security for card-not-present transactions and can also reduce chargebacks.

How do I restrict or un-restrict my card?

When/Does the restriction fall off my card?
Depending on the reason the card has been restricted, if we have restricted your card from our side, for example, then we would need to investigate and proceed accordingly. We will keep in contact with you via email
However, if the issue is coming from the bank issuer, then you can contact your bank directly.
You keep restricting my card. Do I need to contact my bank?
If the restriction on your card is not from our end check with your bank card issuer, as maybe the card has expired or that card details need to be changed. It could also be the case that the bank is protecting you from other types of transactional fraud or some other problem. As 4Poker, we cannot be entirely sure for what reason your bank has put restrictions on your bank card.
