To verify your deposit limit, please check your account on the deposit page. Payment method varies the minimum and maximum limits.
WHY IS MY DEPOSIT BEING DECLINED?
There are several reasons your deposit may have been declined.
- You may have gone over your daily transaction limit or exceeded the payment providers available credit/debit amount.
- Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect digit for the card number, expiry date or CVV code. For this reason, please verify that these are correct.
- Make sure that your card is valid and has not expired.
- Finally, check with your issuer to make sure that your authorized for online transactions and there are no protections in place that are preventing us from charging your account.
TIMEFRAME?
It depends on the payment method used. Debit/Credit card, Neteller, Skrill within one to two minutes, instead bank transfer can take up to 5 business days.
If this duration has already expired, please contact us via email providing us with all the details of the payment used, including the transaction id and/or any relevant screenshot, if available.
