We understand how stressful it can be to be missing funds. We're happy to check with your Payment Service Provider (PSP) on the allocation of your funds.
To do this, we need a bank statement confirming that the deposit has been received by 4Poker. We can use this to cross reference the transactions with the PSP.
Once you have a bank statement available, you can follow these steps to submit a request to our team;

- Select the category 'Cashier'
- Cashier Subcategory 'Missing transactions'
- Subject 'I did not receive my funds to my 4Poker account'
- Description, please include the following;
- Date of the charge on your bank statement:
- Amount of funds missing:
- Attachments: Please ensure to include a pdf copy of a bank statement or statement from a payment provider.
- Click 'Submit'
Our team will respond to you within 24 hours to acknowledge your request. Our investigation with the PSP may take longer, but we'll keep you up to date throughout the interaction.
