Your withdrawal can be canceled/rejected for one or more of the following reasons:
- you had insufficient turnover after your last deposit.
- you haven’t provided us with requested documents for verification.
- you logged into your account from a country where we don’t offer our services.
- you used a payment method that doesn’t belong to you.
- a technical error occurred and we will notify you to re-request your withdrawal.
