My withdrawal was cancelled/rejected

Your withdrawal can be canceled/rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

• You had insufficient turnover after your last deposit.
• You haven’t provided us with requested documents for verification.
• You logged into your account from a country where we don’t offer our services.
• You used a payment method that doesn’t belong to you.
• A technical error occurred, and we will notify you to re-request your withdrawal.
