PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE TO WITHDRAW?
There are various methods you can use to withdraw via the Cashier tab in our Poker Client.
Withdrawal via credit/debit card
- In order to withdraw to a card, you need to make a successful deposit with the same card.
- Average processing time: 1-3 working days to process
- Fees: None
- MasterCard min / max withdrawal amounts: 10 / 50 000 USD
Withdrawal via e-wallet (Skrill, Neteller)
- In order to enable the e-wallet withdrawal option, you need to make a successful deposit with the same e-wallet account first.
- Average processing time: up to 12 hours to process
- Fees: None
- Min / max withdrawal amounts: 0.01 / 500 000 USD
Withdrawal via bank transfer
- Bank transfer sends funds directly from your poker account to your bank account.
- Processing time: 3-5 working days to process
- Fees: None
- Minimum withdrawal amounts: 500 EUR
- Maximum amount: none
Please note that withdrawals paid out to a bank account, can be done in EUR.
PROCESSING TIMES?
The processing times for withdrawals are as follows:
- via credit/debit card: 1-3 working days
- via e-wallet (Skrill, Neteller): up to 12 hours
- via bank transfer: 3-5 working days
BRANCH CODE AND BACK CODE?
Your branch code or transit number is a 5-digit number comprised of your 4-digit branch number, followed by a number indicating the geographical location of the bank branch. You can find your branch number by contacting your bank or using a number of branch locator tools that are generally available on the bank's website.
Your bank code is also known as the financial institution number and is a 3-digit code specific to your bank. You can ask your bank for it.
Once you enter these bank details onsite, they will be saved so you won't need to re-enter them for future transactions.
BIC, SWIFT AND IBAN ?
BIC / SWIFT code
- unique identification code for a particular bank/branch
- you can find it on your bank statement, via internet banking, or by contacting your bank
- It comprises 8 or 11 characters
IBAN
- your IBAN is your International Bank Account Number
- you can find it on your bank statement or via internet banking
- your IBAN starts with a country code followed by letters and numbers
- the last string of numbers is usually your full bank account number

We'll need details of your withdrawal such as date, time and bank account details.
We’ll do everything we can to help, but we can’t be held responsible for paying out to the wrong account based on the details you provided.

I HAVE SENT DOCUMENTS BUT MY WITHDRAWAL IS STILL PENDING?
We normally review your documents within 72 hours. However, please note that delays can occur during busy periods. Your withdrawal request will be handled as soon as your documents are approved.
WHY CAN'T I WITHDRAW IN US CURRENCY?
When withdrawals are paid out to a customer’s bank account, this will be done exclusively in EUR.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY CONVERSION RATE AND HOW CAN I CHECK IT?
Our exchange rates are updated throughout each day and player can check the applicable rates in our cashier before proceeding with transactions involving an exchange of currency. For deposits and withdrawals in most currencies, we will add a margin to the mid-market exchange rate provided by XE.
FEES?
4Poker will not charge you for withdrawing your funds.
Please note: in some instances, your bank or payment method may apply a charge for accepting your withdrawal.
WHY AM I BEING REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW ACROSS MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS?
At 4Poker, the method(s) to which we pay out your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) via which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).
We operate a ‘Closed Loop System’ for withdrawals to protect both 4Poker and our customers from card theft and fraud.
HOW DO I CANCEL A WITHDRAWAL?
If the withdrawal request is waiting to be processed, you are no longer able to cancel it by yourself. Please contact our Customer Support Team via Messenger and we will cancel pending withdrawal for you.
HOW DO I ADD OR REMOVE A PAYMENT METHOD
When you deposit with a new card on your account, the information will automatically be saved as your payment method. If you wish to remove this from your account again you can do so by following these steps:
- Log into your 4Poker account and click the ‘Cashier’ button.
- In the Cashier section of your account you will see a ‘Deposit’ tab with the list of saved payment methods that you have successfully used to deposit:
- To remove a payment method from the saved methods, simply click the ‘x’ on the right hand side.
- To add a new payment method, click ‘More methods’, insert the details of the new payment method and make sure to tick the box saying ‘Safely store method’ when making a new deposit.
CAN I REQUEST MORE THAN ONE WITHDRAWAL AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can request another withdrawal while the previous one is still pending for approval.
