Responsible gaming is hugely important to our player experience. To support this experience, we acknowledge there are risks associated with gambling and are here to support our customers in managing those risks.
Despite the RG tools and educational material we have made available here, we acknowledge a small percentage of customers may still find it difficult to control the impulse to gamble. In such cases, customers can inform us they have determined that they have a gambling problem, addiction, or disorder. You can inform us of this - Submit a request.
Please note, even if you do not have an account with us but would like to avoid creating one for the reasons mentioned, you can also contact us - Submit a request.
If a player explicitly informs us they have a gambling problem, addiction, or disorder, we will:
- Permanently self-exclude their account to prevent them from playing further.
- Remove them from any direct marketing related mailing lists.
- Inform them of where they can find help, i.e., Gamblers anonymous.
- Review related players, such as those living at the same address, and assess the likelihood of multiple account use.
Equally, if a customer explicitly informs us they have a gambling problem, addiction, or disorder, we will not:
- Permit them to play in the future, including in the event a long time has passed since their original admission, and/or we received any claim they now have their gambling under control.
- Give customers an opportunity, even in the short term, to try to win any lost funds back.
- Encourage them to self-exclude for a definite period or apply a deposit limit as an alternative.
- Ask the customer to seek professional advice for confirmation of a gambling problem, addiction, or disorder prior to applying a self-exclusion in the event they have self-diagnosed their condition.
4Poker employees are trained to look out for markers of gambling related harm and/or vulnerabilities that could mean that someone is assessed at being potentially at-risk of harm, however we acknowledge we are not qualified to assess or diagnose that any customer suffers from a gambling problem, addiction, or disorder, without their explicit self-admission.
Please ensure to reach out to us on this form if you feel you need any help.

NEED MORE HELP?
If you need specialized support or counselling, there are organizations available to help. We recommend the following:
- Gamblers Anonymous- Gamblers Anonymous is a 12-step recovery program and support group where men and women share their experiences, struggles, wisdom, and support about compulsive gambling. Meetings are free, and available in many international countries, which are listed on their website.
- Gambling Therapy- a global service offered by Gordon Moody, providing free practical advice and emotional support to anyone affected by gambling.
If you are concerned that members of your household who are below the legal gambling age may access gambling websites, there are software solutions that can help block access to such sites. We recommend educating these household members about the illegality of underage betting and keeping your 4Poker login details private. To avoid misuse, always shut down the software after playing.
