Cash Game Info

At 4Poker, we take cash game play seriously as every chip represents actual currency. One of the key features of cash games is the ability to take any open seat at any time, provided you have the minimum buy-in.

If a player runs out of chips, they have the option to reload with a sufficient balance.

Unlike tournaments, cash game blinds do not increase, and 4Poker earns revenue by collecting a small fee from every pot that reaches the flop stage or later.

Cash games have an ante which is an equal bet that all the players seated at the table are forced to put before a hand begins. Usually, an ante is about 1/4 of the Big blind, but it may vary based on the stake. You can always check the amount in the Table Information:

Players are free to leave a cash game table at any time but must abide by 4Poker's ratholing policy.

Ratholing is a practice where a player leaves a cash game table with winnings, then rejoins the same table within two hours. To discourage this behavior, 4Poker enforces a 'rathole restriction', which requires players to return to the table with the same amount of money they left with. However, these restrictions do not apply if the player joins a different table, even if it is the same game and stakes.

Our cash games are located in the dedicated tab within the Main lobby, and you can filter them by stakes (All, High, Medium, Low) and game type: Texas Hold’em (including 6+ Hold'em/Short Deck), Omaha, 5 Card Pot Limit Omaha or All In or Fold Omaha. If you need to copy a Table ID, you can do so by right-clicking any game:

Private games are password-protected but we are unable to provide passwords for those, as they are secured and managed by the game organizers. Only the organizers take decisions on the list of participants and send passwords to the invited players. If you wish to participate, please confirm a means of communication that you would be happy to be shared for when these games are running.
