What do I do if I suspect other players are colluding?

Cheating and collusion are not tolerated at 4Poker. Collusion occurs when two or more players work together to cheat other players at the table. If you suspect that players are colluding at our tables, it's important to report it as soon as you notice.

When reporting players for collusion, please provide as much information as possible about your suspicions. This may include screenshots or video recordings of the suspicious behavior, the usernames of the players involved, hand ID’s, tournament ID’s or anything else you think may assist our Game Integrity team while reviewing your concerns.

After you've sent the report, the Game Integrity team will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. This may include barring the players involved, or refunding any money that was lost due to the collusion. You will also receive a detailed response regarding the Game Integrity team’s conclusions once the review has been completed.

It's important to remember that collusion is not only unfair to other players, but it also undermines the integrity of the game and the site. By reporting collusion, you are helping to create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
