Submit a request

The recommended procedure for submitting a Support Request is to log in to 4Poker, open the 4Poker Support menu at the bottom of the window, and click Contact Us.
This will save you the time of having to verify your identity if you submit this form without logging in.

We are required to validate unauthenticated users to perform any account actions. If you are not logged into your account when submitting your request and requesting such action be taken, please attach a clear photo of you holding your government-issued photo ID and provide your 4Poker username in the Subject line.


Select the language in which you'd like to receive support. Please note that English-language support requests always have a much faster response time than non-English language support requests.

Select the Category most applicable to your request.

When submitting a Cashier request, please be signed in to your 4Poker account to avoid having to verify your identity via documentation submission.

Which Deposit Limit(s) would you like to increase and to what would you like to increase it? Limits are Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

Please briefly explain why you are requesting a Deposit Limit increase.

When updating personal details or changing your avatar, please allow 4Poker up to two business days to service your request. When uploading documentation, please attach a government-issued ID and proof of address which is no older than 90 days.

When submitting Security requests, please try to include screenshots of transactions or documents in question, and be sure to be signed in to your 4Poker account to avoid having to verify your identity before your request can be processed.

When submitting Software requests, please try to include a screenshot or video if possible, and be sure to check out the 4Forum if you'd like to make a Feature Request or track bug fix progress.

When submitting Poker requests, please be sure to include relevant usernames and tournament or table numbers when applicable and possible.

Be sure to be signed in to your 4Poker account in order to submit Responsible Gaming requests, otherwise we are required to confirm your identity before performing any requests.

All support callbacks will occur not later than 24 hours from request submission, please be sure to include your telephone number (including country code) and a convenient time (including timezone) for us to get in contact with you.
