Suggestions for 4Poker Software on PC

Good day, I would like to give you some suggestions that could improve the 4Poker software on PC: 

  • Add button to show hand after fold/lose.
  • Remaining players do not appear correctly if another table from the same tournament is opened.
  • That you can give notes to the players.
  • Have chat messages appear somewhere on the table when you type.
  • See the country of the players.
  • Add spin and go, they are very lucrative.
  • Enlarge the fold checkbox before my turn comes, since it is very small.

    Hi alpollo,

    Thanks for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. Genuinely appreciated as we want to continue to enhance the platform and steadily elevate things to the next level. 

    The good news is that the majority of these items are already in the product roadmap. The bad news is that right now I cannot give you a timeline as to when they will be implemented although will make sure to give a heads up here as and when I know they are included in an upcoming deployment. 

    Very quick specific responses on a few of the points:

    • Notes will be coming. There is the functionality to apply labels to players in the meantime.
    • Country is visible in MTT lobbys but not elsewhere but as mentioned this is planned.
    • Jackpot SnGs will be worked upon as and when we have the liquidity to truly merit them but noted regarding the lucrative nature of them as an offering.
    • The enlarged pre fold button was not on the roadmap but have made product team aware.
    • Could you please elaborate on the second point above regarding remaining players not appearing correctly and will see whether it is a known bug.

    Sorry for the second point, it was my mistake, in the other table of the same tournament that I opened, the remaining players appeared on top of the total players and on my table my position in the tournament appears on top of the remaining players.

    It seems to me that this is a bug. There were 3 tables left in the satellite to sunday freeroll $150, there were 3 tables left, I was watching both tables and mine at the same time, then they changed my table and this happened:

    The BTN and SB cards disappeared, and my cards appeared covered and I couldn't play. The flop even came out and my cards were still covered, I could only guide myself with the message below that said I had a high card Ace.

    Thanks for sending the screenshots. Does indeed look like a bug based on a set of circumstances. Will make the tech team aware and thanks for sharing. Did everything correct itself after this specific hand? Have credited your account a token amount of $T for taking the time to report this.

    Just to quickly follow up on this. Can confirm that our dev team have raised a ticket to investigate/fix the bug. Will confirm back here in due course when rectified and thanks again for the various pieces of feedback.

    - Chips in BB in the player.
    - Text box in the tournament lobby to search for players by nickname.

    I had a similar bug last night where my cards were covered and only the first community card was showing. I closed the table and re-opened it quickly and my cards were folded and I was sitting out. Luckily I had a crap hand and didn't miss much. I was not quite as lucky as the OP because it didn't show my hand strength!
