[Bug] - Inactivity logout whilst registered to games (Sit & Go)

Hi team,

This may be intended but I'm not sure if it should be.

If registered to Sit & Go, I am still receiving the inactivity pop-up + potential log out if I don't become active before the time expires.


I think that if you are registered into games this pop-up should not occur?

Possible issues are that I miss the warning and am logged out and I forget that I've registered to games, these games start and I sit out and miss it.

Thoughts?

    Hi @TY4MONEY, the inactivity pop-up is a regulatory requirement. Poker platforms are required to bump players who remain idle for a certain period of time.

    With respect to the issue of remaining registered, even after being kicked for inactivity-- this is among the features our engineering teams are already working on, but thank you for reporting.

    Again, thank you for the swift reply.

    I understand that it is a regulatory requirement.

    That said, if we are going to be logged out due to inactivity it would be best to remove us from any registered games (SNGs & Tournaments) if possible or just keep us logged in (also, if possible)

    Indeed, that's a great point. We're currently working to make sure that if players are kicked due to inactivity, that any pending registrations that they may have are voided.
